We want you to be happy with your purchase; if there are any issues with your purchase, we’d be happy to help resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for an exchange of equal value. Please note that refunds will not be processed as all proceeds go to support Hats for Hope.
To start your exchange, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your packing slip (included with your shipment) number and the items you would like to exchange along with the items you would like to replace them with. You will be issued a return authorization number.
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- You must include the original packing slip along with the Return Authorization number that was provided to you by customer service via email. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on the Return Authorization form.
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below
